Concrete Block
Standard stock concrete block can be returned in full cube quantities only. Block must be in clean, like new condition. A restocking fee may apply.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return transportation and costs. Unless the item was defective, original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Pallets
A $25 pallet charge is applied to all products that require a pallet. This charge includes a $5 non-refundable handling fee. A $20 credit will be issued upon the successful return of the pallet in good, usable condition within 60 days of invoice date.
