• Standard Delivery: Available within 30 miles of your selected Jones & Sons location (calculated by ZIP code).
• Extended Delivery: Please call us for deliveries outside this 30-mile radius.
• Distance-Based Pricing: Final delivery fees are calculated by ZIP code at checkout. Additional mileage charges may apply depending on your distance from your selected Jones & Sons location.

Small Load Fees
A small load fee applies to orders under 20 tons:

• Orders under 10 tons: $75 fee
• Orders between 10–20 tons: $50 fee
• Orders over 20 tons: No small load fee

Timing & Scheduling

• Turnaround: Most deliveries are completed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Requested Dates: During checkout, you can note your preferred delivery date and provide any special instructions.
• Confirmation: After placing your order, our team will reach out to confirm your scheduled delivery window.

Site Requirements & Safety: For a successful delivery, the drop-off location must meet the following safety standards:

• Weight Support: The delivery surface must be firm, level, and capable of supporting the significant weight of a fully loaded dump truck.
• Clearance: There must be ample overhead clearance—free of low-hanging tree branches, power lines, or building eaves—as the truck bed rises significantly during dumping.
• Accessibility: Ensure the path to the dump site is clear of vehicles, equipment, or other obstructions. 

Dump vs. Spread Service: During checkout, you will be asked to indicate your preferred delivery method:

• Dumping: Material is deposited in a single pile at your designated location.
• Spreading: If requested, our drivers will attempt to distribute the material evenly. Note: Spreading is performed at the driver's discretion based on site safety and ground conditions. Disclaimer: Some materials do not spread as evenly as others due to their weight or texture. 

All applicable fees and taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
