Ordering Concrete

Regular Delivery Hours
Mon – Fri: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Winter Delivery Hours
(Thanksgiving to beginning of Daylight Savings Time in March)
Mon – Fri: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday: Closed

Order Information
When placing your order, provide essential details to make dispatching concrete more efficient:

  • Job or P.O. number (if you have one), phone number, and correct address.
  • Order at least 24 hours in advance (no later than 3:00 PM), with a recommendation for 2–3 days ahead.
  • Confirm “will call” orders 2 hours beforehand.
  • Request the proper mix and slump based on your project and weather conditions.
  • Use our concrete calculator to figure out the correct amount, with a 10% allowance.
  • Partial load charges apply to loads that are less than 6 cubic yards.
  • Hourly charges will apply if more than 1 hour of unloading time on the job is required.
  • Payment Method: cash, credit card, check, or PO number.

Delivery Instructions

  • Provide clear directions, including the jobsite address, zip code, and nearest major street or intersection.
  • Share the responsible person’s name and mobile number at the jobsite.
  • Notify the dispatcher one hour before any changes to the order.
  • Inform us of cancellations at least two hours before the concrete is due.
  • Stay in touch during the pour for any issues affecting the schedule.
  • If the jobsite is challenging, one of our sales rep may be available to visit the jobsite before delivery.

Dispatch Confirmation
After taking the order, the dispatcher will provide:

  • Confirmation of mix type and quantity.
  • Delivery date and time confirmation (firm or will call).
  • Price per yard.
  • Expected unload time and any additional charges.
