DO YOU SELL TO INDIVIDUALS AND CONTRACTORS?
Yes, we sell to both professional contractors and the do-it-yourselfer.
DO YOU INSTALL THE PRODUCTS?
We do not do any installation work ourselves. If you are looking for someone to do your job, give us a call and we can help you find a local contractor.
HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?
Our delivery area depends on the type of product you are ordering but we will deliver to approximately a 30 mile radius from each of our store locations. Feel free to give us a call to find out if we can deliver to your job location.
HOW MUCH ADVANCED NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU FOR A DELIVERY?
Our delivery schedule varies but we can usually get your order out to you within one to three days.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
If you do not have a credit account with us, all orders are C.O.D. We accept cash, check, and credit card (credit cards must be approved before delivery).
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 5:00 and on Saturdays from 7:00 to Noon. During the winter months, starting after Thanksgiving and continuing to Daylight Savings beginning in March, we are on the abbreviated hours of 7:30 to 4:00 and closed on Saturdays.
HOW MUCH CONCRETE DO I NEED?
Visit the Concrete Calculators section of our website to help you estimate how much concrete you will need for your job. It is important to make sure your measurements are as close as possible. Depending on the size of your job, being slightly off grade can make quite a bit of difference in how much concrete you will need. In order to avoid possible small load charges, it’s always a good idea to add a little extra to your order.
I NEED A STEP DELIVERED, WILL YOU SET IT IN PLACE FOR ME?
Yes, we can set the step where it needs to go. The area where the new step goes must have all items cleared out and ready for setting. Most of our steps are set with a forklift unit that detaches from the back of the delivery truck. This forklift unit needs approximately 9′ wide and 9′ tall clearance all of the way up to the spot where the step goes. Our equipment may not be able to cross all driveways and sidewalks due to risk of cracking and or deformation.
