I’m simply a returning customer, here to send a BIG shout-out of THANKS! We received exceptional service today from Jones & Sons, Washington. I placed a large rock order this afternoon via phone and it was promptly delivered. An unexpected rain shower began upon arrival of the delivery truck. My husband relayed to me how impressed he was by the delivery-man who did an exceptional job unloading and neatly arranging our large rock order in the pouring down rain! The gentleman who took my phone order was very polite and professional as well. In conclusion, the service provided to us today was exceptional!
